Jesse and Kathryn run into Mrs. Mulberry and her granddaughter Sarah in the hall. Mrs. Mulberry has a broken leg and Sarah tells them how she will be staying with her grandmother to watch over her. Sarah begins to flirt with Jesse, unbeknownst to him.

Later, Sarah surprises Jesse with a cake and her advances on him become even more obvious. They are interrupted by Kathryn, who quickly gets Sarah to leave. In the hall, Kathryn tells Sarah to back off of Jesse and when Sarah implies that she won't, Kathryn gives her a stern warning.

When Devon returns home from grocery shopping, she is accompanied by Elijah, who helps her carry her groceries. When they get off of the elevator, Devon spots Gage and Mason talking to Sarah. Devon gets jealous and has a verbal spar with the girl, which Gage interrupts. Sarah then turns to Mason and the two make plans to have a few drinks and watch movies in Mason's apartment.

It's Valentine's Day and Sarah Mulberry enters the laundry room to find Cayden, Jesse and Kathryn already there. She asks everyone what they're doing and seems especially interested in Jesse. Later, Sarah runs into Gage in the lobby. She does her best to come onto him, but Gage tells her that he doesn't want her. In truth, Gage can only think about Devon.

Afterwards, Sarah gets stuck on the elevator with Jesse. Sarah does her best to come onto him and even grabs his crotch and tries to kiss him. When the power comes back on, the doors open and Kathryn Hayes catches them.

When Mason Weber returns to Cayden's apartment, he runs into Sarah Mulberry in the hallways. Sarah tries to get Mason to let her hang out with him and Mason tells her that she needs to grow up and stop acting the way that she does. He accuses her of using people and discarding them when she gets bored.

When Mason enters Cayden's apartment, Sarah follows him. The two of them find out about the bag in the incinerator and Sarah makes a few catty remarks that get Devon's blood boiling and Devon attacks her. Their fight spills out into the corridor, but it is eventually broken up my the men and Mrs. Mulberry.

As Gage decides to go downstairs to get the power back on, he used the staircase, but trips over something in the darkness. He soon realizes that it is Sarah Mulberry. A confused Sarah discovers that her leg is broken. She informs Gage that someone pushed her and she identifies Devon James as her attacker. A confused Gage promises to get help for Sarah and runs off to find Devon.

Mrs. Mulberry admits to her granddaughter that she loves her as she is being wheeled away to the ambulance.
