2x10:
"Strangers"
On a train from Albany, headed
to Manhattan, Gloria sits beside a woman that is certainly not
of the same class as she is and is none to pleased. Her conversation
with Dorthea quickly becomes hostile.
When a young boy sits with
the two women, Gloria is completely unaware that he has stolen
her wallet. When her bickering with Dorthea reaches a fevered
pitch, an old friend by the name of Cassandra steps in and asks
Gloria to the dining car. Gloria accepts, and as she searches
for her wallet, she discovers that it is missing and she knows
just who took it.
Unable to find the young boy
(Izik Morin) while on the train, Gloria is shocked to see him
standing outside of the station after arrival. She tries to apprehend
him but a woman (Victoria King) allows him to slip away.
Later, Gloria and Dorthea show
up at the apartment building on the same elevator bound for the
same floor. Their arguing is heard by those in the hall and when
they step off of the elevator, they see their children, Gage
and Devon and realize that they share more than just a train
ride from Albany. |
