2x01:
"Hello, Part I"
Cayden and Szymon wake up in
one another's arms and discuss their relationship and the fact
that Szymon has moved in with him. As they are talking, they
hear yelling in the hall and when Cayden goes out to see what
it's all about, he meets Sebastian Vaughn. Sebastian tells Cayden
that Devon James locked him out of his apartment and Cayden offers
to call maintenance for him.
While at home, Cayden is visited
by Isaiah Montessori, who is upset because his brother Elijah
has been ditching his therapy appointments. The two have a heated
conversation but manage to see eye to eye. Cayden promises to
get to the bottom of things.
When Cayden's mother drops
by unannounced with her luggage, he is shocked, but when she
tells him that she left his father because she discovered that
he was cheating on her, Cayden is floored. It isn't until Victoria
King informs her son that she will be staying with him for the
time being that he realizes the situation that he's in.
While getting ready for Jesse's
Welcome Home party, Cayden and Gage discuss Devon and the fact
that she isn't talking to Cayden anymore. Later, Cayden asks
Elijah why he stopped going to therapy and Elijah tells him that
he isn't retarded and therapy makes him feel that way.
Cayden and Devon get into an
argument about their friendship, or lack thereof while tryign
to set up for Jesse's party. The two have no idea that Jesse
has shown up right in the middle of their argument. When Jesse
tells everyone that he's seen Julia Taylor, they begin to think
that maybe he is still crazy, but they are surprised when Jesse's
grandmother, Liliana shows up and asks them all to leave and
forbids them to ever have contact with Jesse again.
After leaving Jesse's, the
group moves downstairs where Cayden and Devon's argument reaches
boiling point. As they are arguing, Jesse rushes off of the elevator
and tells everyone that he saw Julia again. They try to make
his realize that Julia is dead, but then the elevator doors open
and Julia Taylor steps off, surprising them all. |

2x02:
"Hello, Part II"
Everyone is shock when a woman
who looks exactly like Julia Taylor steps off of the elevator.
She introduces herself as Ryan Clarke. As Cayden watches, Jesse
grabs her and gives her a hug. Ryan tries to get him off of her
and is unsuccessful until her boyfriend Steven Harris arrives
and pulls them apart. He threatens to hit Jesse but Cayden steps
in and tries to defuse the situation with Mrs. Mulberry's help.
Devon, in the meantime, discovers that the woman is telling the
truth. She is not Julia Taylor. Everyone leaves after Jesse is
taken back to his apartment by Gage and Elijah and Cayden is
left alone to awkwardly welcome Ryan and Steven to the building.
Back at his apartment, Cayden
waits for Szymon to get home and tells him all about his crappy
day. He learns that Szymon has had an equally crappy day and
the two commiserate together. When Syzmon gets up to take a shower
he finds Victoria King in there. Afterwards, Victoria grills
Szymon to make sure that he's a suitable boyfriend for her son.
In the end, she approves.
While making dinner, there
is a knock at the door and Cayden goes to answer it. When he
does, Devon James pulls him out of his apartment and into hers.
Cayden reacts strongly to the assault but is shocked into silence
when Devon asks him for help. He turns and finds Elijah Montessori
in the living room holding a candlestick with a dead body at
his feet. |

2x03:
"Secrets"
Cayden tries to get to the
bottom of what happened in Devon's apartment, but is given conflicting
accounts when both Elijah and Devon confess to the murder. When
Cayden asks Devon why she needs his help, she admits that she
never stopped loving him and was only upset with him. Elijah
and Devon beg him to help then because they don't want to go
to jail. Cayden reluctantly agrees to help. Later, when Cayden
returns home, he is saddened by what he has just done and he
locks himself away in the bathroom and wishes that he never moved
into the building. |

2x04:
"What Might Have Been"
In this special episode, we
get to see what life would have been like had Cayden King not
moved into the building. For Cayden, life was drastically different.
His mother convinced him to move into the dorm. We learn that
Mason still moved to New York and Cayden's parents still discovered
his sexuality, but because he didn't move into the building,
he never met Devon, Jesse, Gage or Kathryn. Cayden did, however,
meet Szymon Skubisz in passing on the streets of New York, but
nothing ever happened with their relationship. Instead, Cayden
became involved with a man by the name of Drake Talbot and the
two became close. Drake wasn't out of the closet to the world
and, as such, kept his lifestyle a secret, especially from his
father. When Cayden went to Drake's apartment (which coincidentally
is the same apartment Cayden was supposed to move in), something
happens that causes Cayden's death. He is found lying in the
alleyway, the victim of a homicide or a suicide. |

When Vivian Powers enters the
grocery store where Cayden works, she recognizes him instantly
as the boy who helped her with her relationship problems in the
break room at Inside Out Magazine. She relays to Cayden that
Elijah Montessori hasn't submitted his article for the magazine
and is holding everything up. Before she leaves, she makes a
deal with Cayden that if he can get Elijah to submit his article
by the end of the day she will give him a job and will not fire
Elijah Montessori. When Cayden manages to pull through on his
end of the bargain, Vivian calls him and offers him a job.

is now free to do whatever she wants and they toast to Victoria's
future.
Cayden is surprised to see
Vivian Powers at Xstatic. Vivian explains that they are doing
a story on the nightclub and introduces Cayden to Inside Out's
senior reporter, Michael Carter. As the they talk, Cayden realizes
that his mother has gotten on stage and is dancing with one of
the nightclub's strippers. A slightly drunk Victoria finds Cayden
by the bar and introduces him to Diego Casavetes, the stripper
she had been dancing with. Cayden is shocked when he hears that
his mother is going to a restaurant with Diego. He asks his mother
if she is sure about what she is doing and Victoria tells him
that her only regret in raising him was that she protected him
too much. She tells him that they each must start to take chances
and fully experience life. Cayden allows her to leave with Diego.
When Cayden and Elijah see
a large group forming in the back of the club, they head in that
direction. Devon tells Steven that she hopes he rots in jail

that they are ready to search the incinerator.
Devon sends Gage to the store
to buy something to eat and while he is gone, the alliance between
Devon, Elijah and Cayden crumbles when Cayden realizes that he
could lose Szymon. He accused Devon of being a murderer, but
an upset Elijah confesses to having killed Luis. Cayden realizes
that Devon only took credit for the murder so that she could
protect Elijah. Cayden realizes his error and vows to help protect
Elijah as well.
Cayden, Devon and Elijah start
to become stir crazy, but when Gage returns, Cayden and Elijah
are shocked to discover that Devon told him her version of the
truth in which she admits to having killed Luis.
Cayden corners Devon and asks
her why she is lying to Gage and she tells him that it is because
Gage will do everything in his power to protect her, but if he
finds out that someone else killed Luis, he will throw them under
the bus to protect Devon. Cayden reluctantly agrees to go along
with it.
When Sarah drops by Devon's
apartment to discuss the night's affairs, Devon verbally abuses
her and tells her that no one really likes her. She embarrasses
Sarah to the point at which she gets up and leave, feeling unwanted.
When Szymon and Joseph arrive
at Devon's he informs them that they only found a bloody rug
in the elevator. To save time, Gage tells them that Luis accidentally
fell and cut his head and bled on the rug, which is why they
threw it away. He tells them that Luis was fine and left the
apartment the morning after. He gives them Luis' number and Joseph
calls it to see if he can get ahold of Luis.
When Szymon knocks on Devon's
door once again, he informs the woman that he has a search warrant
for her apartment. Devon reluctantly allows the officer to search
her apartment, but when the group decides to go to Cayden's apartment,
