2x01:
"Hello, Part I"
Gage gets a frantic phonecall
from Devon while on his way home and finds out that a man named
Sebastian Vaughn has moved into Mason's old apartment, much to
Devon's dismay. He assures her that everything will be okay.
While heading for the subway, he is attacked by the enforcer
of a bookie whom Gage owns money too. He is threatened and punched
int he stomach. Sarah Mulberry finds him and asks him what happened
and Gage declines to tell her.
When Gage gets home, he makes
Devon apologize to Sebastian, which she eventually does despite
the fact that she doesn't like it.
While getting ready for Jesse's
Welcome Home party, Cayden and Devon get into an argument about
their friendship, or lack thereof. The two have no idea that
Jesse has shown up right in the middle of their argument. When
Jesse tells everyone that he's seen Julia Taylor, they begin
to think that maybe he is still crazy, but they are surprised
when Jesse's grandmother, Liliana shows up and asks them all
to leave and forbids them to ever have contact with Jesse again.
After leaving Jesse's, the
group moves downstairs where Cayden and Devon's argument reaches
boiling point. As they are arguing, Jesse rushes off of the elevator
and tells everyone that he saw Julia again. They try to make
his realize that Julia is dead, but then the elevator doors open
and Julia Taylor steps off, surprising them all. |

2x02:
"Hello, Part II"
Everyone is shock when a woman
who looks exactly like Julia Taylor steps off of the elevator.
She introduces herself as Ryan Clarke. As Cayden watches, Jesse
grabs her and gives her a hug. Ryan tries to get him off of her
and is unsuccessful until her boyfriend Steven Harris arrives
and pulls them apart. He threatens to hit Jesse but Cayden steps
in and tries to defuse the situation with Mrs. Mulberry's help.
Devon, in the meantime, discovers that the woman is telling the
truth. She is not Julia Taylor. Everyone leaves after Jesse is
taken back to his apartment by Gage and Elijah and Cayden is
left alone to awkwardly welcome Ryan and Steven to the building.
Gage rushes to bring payment
to Luis but is an hour lates and fears that he may have missed
him. He is surprised when he finds out that Cecilia Nakamura
has followed him into the alley where he was supposed to meet
Luis. She asks him why he is there and reminds him that the alley
is a hot spot for drug dealing. Gage assures her that he is not
using drugs again. When he received a phonecall from Devon, he
excuses himself and runs out of the alley quickly. |

2x03:
"Secrets"
When Gage comes home, he asks
Devon ifs Luis hurt her, but when Devon tries to ascertain how
far into trouble Gage has gotten himself into, he lies to her
to make her feel sage. Later, he goes to meet Luis again, not
knowing that he is dead. While he is waiting, he receives a call
from Mr. D'Agostino, Luis' boss and the man Gage owes money to. |

2x04:
"What Might Have Been"
In this special episode, we
get to see what life would have been like had Cayden King not
moved into the building. When Gage helps his new neighbor, Drake
Talbot, move into the building, Drake discovers Julia Taylor's
diary. Not wanting to keep it, Drake gives it to Gage, who throws
it in the incinerator. Later, when Devon accidentally loses her
phone, she enlists Gage to help her find it in the incinerator.
They find the phone, but Devon also finds the diary and keeps
it. Kathryn is aware that Drake gave the diary to Gage, so she
visits him and gives him and overdose of GHB so that she can
get her hands on the diary. She learns that Gage does not have
it anymore and leaves his apartment. Gage dies of the overdose. |

2x05:
"Call Me"
During surveillance of a suspect,
Joseph and Szymon Skubisz share words regarding their unlikely
partnership. Joseph is angry that he has to work with Szymon
and Szymon is angry at the homophobic comments that Joseph constantly
makes. While arguing, the two watch as Gage Matthews enters the
suspect's home.
When Gage shows up as Vincenzo
D'Agostino's place he is greeted by Anthony whom, in a very menacingly,
yet calm way, invites Gage into the home and instructs him to
wait in the library.
After his meeting, Gage returns
to Devon's apartment and When she returns he informs her that
he has to cancel dinner with her after promising earlier. |

2x06:
"Free"
The group decides to go to
Xstatic, a gay nightclub to celebrate Cayden's new job and Elijah
not getting fired. Devon surprises Gage by telling him that she
followed him and knows that he lied to her about his whereabouts.
Gage ultimately admits that he owes thirty thousand dollars to
mobsters. When Devon and Elijah leave to go to the club, Gage
calls his mother.
Gage arrives at the nightclub
and finds Devon. He tells her that all of their problems are
solved because he called his mother and got her to agree to send
him the thirty thousand dollars to pay off his debt. Devon is
happy, but when Gage tells her that he's not going to keep any
more secrets from her, Devon finds a private place and tells
Cayden that Luis is dead.
Devon and Gage hear a loud
ruckus and exit their priate room to see what is happing. Devon
sees a friend on the ground bleeding. When Szymon arrives, Steven
says that Vasilios sexually assaulted him, but Ryan finally finds
the strength to stand up to him and she tells Szymon that Steven
beat Vasilios without provocation. An angry Steven denies the
claim. Devon tells Steven that she hopes he rots in jail for
what he did and Steven accuses her of murder. When Cayden and
Elijah arrive, Steven points to the three of them and tells everyone
that he saw them carrying a body in a rug to the incinerator
of their building. |

2x07:
"It's Too Late"
After returning home from the
nightclub, Szymon questions Cayden, Devon and Elijah about Steven's
claim. The three of them remain quiet and choose not to offer
any information. When Joseph Lester arrives, he informs Szymon
that they are ready to search the incinerator.
Cayden, Devon and Elijah start
to become stir crazy, but when Gage returns, Cayden and Elijah
are shocked to discover that Devon told him her version of the
truth in which she admits to having killed Luis.
When Sarah drops by Devon's
apartment to discuss the night's affairs, Devon verbally abuses
her and tells her that no one really likes her. She embarrasses
Sarah to the point at which she gets up and leave, feeling unwanted.
When Szymon and Joseph arrive
at Devon's he informs them that they only found a bloody rug
in the elevator. To save time, Gage tells them that Luis accidentally
fell and cut his head and bled on the rug, which is why they
threw it away. He tells them that Luis was fine and left the
apartment the morning after. He gives them Luis' number and Joseph
calls it to see if he can get ahold of Luis.
When Szymon knocks on Devon's
door once again, he informs the woman that he has a search warrant
for her apartment. Devon reluctantly allows the officer to search
her apartment, but when the group decides to go to Cayden's apartment,
they are shocked to discover that Szymon also has a search warrant
for that apartment and he shuts the door on Cayden's face, leaving
him standing in the hallway in shock. |

2x08:
"Last Night"
After being locked out of their
apartments by the police, Cayden and Devon, along with Gage and
Elijah meet in the stairwell of their building to discuss their
current situation and what will happen if the police find evidence
against them. Sarah walks in on the conversation and Devon admits
to killing Luis Alvarez.
With some help from the others,
Sarah ultimately agrees to keeping their secret, but not becuase
she likes them, but because she doesn't want Devon's baby to
grow up without a mother.
When Szymon Skubisz overhears
the conversation, everyone is afraid of what he might do, but
after letting everyone know exactly what he thinks of them and
their lies, Szymon informs them that he loves Cayden and that
is the only reason why he won't say anything. |

2x09:
"Together"
At the doctor's office, Devon
is scared of what will happen when she sees the baby on the ultrasound
for the first time. At first she tells Gage that he can't come
into the room with her, but when fear gets the best of her, she
asks him to join her.
Later, Devon calls Cayden and
Elijah and asks them to meet her and Gage at a diner so that
she can share the news of her child with him.
When they get to the diner
they find, rather unexpectedly that everyone ended up going there,
each for different reasons and that aside from Devon calling
Cayden and Elijah, no one else knew they were going to be there.
When Devon announces that she
and Gage are having a baby boy and naming him Taylor, after Julia
Taylor, everyone drinks to a toast. They marvel at how they've
managed to stay together despite all of the obstacles they've
faced and they welcome anyone to try and break their little family
apart. |

2x10:
"Strangers"
Cayden starts the day unsure
of what to make of his mother's engagement to Jacob Talbot. Nonetheless,
he is throwing an engagement party for her. He squabbles with
Devon over her choice of decorations and when there is a knock
at the door, Cayden goes to answer it. When he realizes that
it is his father, he asks Devon and Gage to step outside.
As they are outside, Nicolae
and Elijah show up for the engagement party of Victoria King
and Jacob Lester and apologizes to Devon for hogging all of Elijah's
time. It is revealed that Elijah moved out of Devon's apartment
and moved in with Nicolae.
Gloria and Dorthea show up
at the apartment building on the same elevator bound for the
same floor. Their arguing is heard by those in the hall and when
they step off of the elevator, they see their children, Gage
and Devon and realize that they share more than just a train
ride from Albany. |

2x11:
"Family Portrait"
Devon and Gage are surprised
to find their mothers are at war with one another. They sit holding
hands with shocked looks on their faces. Dorthea admits to Devon
that she had to hear about her daughters pregnancy for
Johanna Leonard instead of from her own daughter. Gloria uses
this as a change to show her son that hes made yet another
bad choice. Gloria informs Devon that Gage made yet another request
for a large amount of money and accuses Gage of being on drugs
or gambling again.
In their bedroom, Devon questions
Gage about his recent request to his mother for more money. Gage
seems hesitant to want to discuss the issue, which prompts Devon
to question if he is on drugs again or has started gambling again.
Gage is insulted that she would even ask because of the incredible
advancements he had made. He begins to wonder if this is how
Devon really thinks of him, as one step away from falling back
into addiction. |

2x12:
"Wait"
Devon admits to Gage that since
Luis death, when they successfully covered it up and he
made the decision to go straight, she has been waiting for the
other shoe to drop. Gage is hurt that Devon doesnt have
confidence in him and accuses her of not being supportive. Devon
feels the baby kick and it reminds the both of them that there
are bigger things at stake. They realize that despite their faults,
they love one another and they realize that their mothers dont
approve, but they have a proposal for them. |
|

2x13:
"No One"
While at lunch, Dorthea grills
Gage about his intentions with her daughter and tells him that
he has no ambition or drive to want to be better or provide a
better life for his family. Gage tells her that they don't need
her permission to be together and that she should just honor
her daughter's wishes.
Gloria offers Devon money to
leave Gage and Devon declines, offended by the very thought of
it. When Gage and Dorthea get back, Devon tells Gage what his
mother attempted to do and Gage asks his mother to leave. She
does. Devon then tells her mother that she chooses Gage and asked
her to leave as well. Devon and Gage decide to make a go of it. |

2x14:
"Forget You"
Devon and Gage stay in for
the night and decide to play cards. They start to talk about
financial matters, but then agree to put that conversation off
for the night in favor of getting ice cream, which Gages runs
out to get. |
|
|

|
2x15:
"Liar"
With Gage's money quickly drying
up, he and Devon sit down to see where they stand financially
and discover that it is on shaky ground. Elijah arrives, afraid
that Devon might have told Nicolae something. Devon assures him
that she said nothing and takes him out to get something to eat. |
|
|

|
2x16:
"Strange Bedfellows"
Jesse and Ryan take a stroll
after a movie and Jesse's awkwardness of being in a relationship
shows when he teases her about their sexual relationship and
she tells him that it's okay to talk about it. They had sex and
she doesn't care what anyone thinks about her being a Julia Taylor
replacement. Jesse admits that he's sad that Sebastian has been
avoiding him. Gage is up to his old tricks again when he is caught
gambling by Jesse, but pleads with Jesse not to say anything. |

2x17:
"Give Me One Reason"
A frantic Gage shows up at
the hospital in search of Devon. He runs into Elijah, who tells
him where Devon is and when Gage arrives, he finds Devon with
Sarah. An angry Devon asks him where he was the whole time. She
tells him that she was trapped in the elevator with Sarah, and
when Gage asks if everything is okay, Devon explains that it
was Braxton Hicks. Gage says that he found a job and was at work,
but Devon can tell that he is lying. She smells alcohol on his
breath and proceeds to attack him, but Sarah holds her back.
Elijah comes to help Gage out and Devon tells him that it is
truly and finally over between them. Gage slips out of the room
alone. |

2x18:
"Take A Bow"
Gage makes a phone call to
his mother. Gloria Matthews gives Gage the choice of leaving
Devon and keeping his monthly allowance or staying with her and
getting cut off for good. Afraid that he will be cut off from
his money, Gage agrees to give in to his mothers wishes.
Devon tells Gage that she is
leaving to stay with her mother for a couple of weeks when Gloria
tells her about the ultimatum she gave Gage. Gage pleads with
her to stay and tells her that he was lying to his mother. He
had no intention of actually staying away from Devon. Devon tells
him that he told her he had no intention of gambling and drinking
again and he did that and she can no longer trust him. She leaves
him alone. As he storms out of the building, he passed right
by Jesse and Ryan without giving them a second glance. Ryan is
telling Jesse that his friends dont like her and that she
hopes it doesnt have to come to the point where he has
to make a choice between them. Jesse tells her that it wont,
but secretly he is worried that it will.
Gage makes the difficult choice
to check into a rehab facility where Ricky Andrews volunteers.
Ricky assures Gage that everything is confidential and applauds
him for taking the first step by admitting that he cannot control
his addiction. |

2x19:
"Soul Deceiver"
Devastated after learning that
Devon is moving to Georgia, Gage becomes depressed and feels
as if he's lost everything, but realizes that he doesn't want
a life without Devon and their baby and tells his mother that
she can keep her money. Gloria tells him that he finally found
something to stand up for and tells him to go find Devon.
Gage tries to convince Devon
not to leave. He apologizes for his behavior and tells her that
all he needs is her and the baby, but she does not want to hear
it. She begins to suddenly cramp. |

2x20:
"Crazy"
Elijah and Gage are with Devon
when she is told that for the remainder of her pregnancy, she
must take it easy or it can be harmful to both her and the baby.
The doctor also advises against long trips. Realizing that she
is going to have to stick around, Devon is upset and Gage urges
her to relax. Devon tells Gage that he can go. She has Elijah
and doesn't need him. After Gage goes, Devon tells Elijah that
she needs to be alone for a little while. Elijah realizes that
she doesn't want to cry in front of him and he goes to the waiting
room where Izik and Jody come to the E.R. because Izik may have
broken his wrist. Elijah is concerned and Jody tells him to back
off. He knows what happened between them and tells him that he
can't have Izik. |
